American rapper and singer A$AP Rocky has made a bold claim, stating that he has never spent money to woo a woman.
The revelation came during a recent interview with media personality Angie Martnez.
The rapper differentiated between buying gifts for girlfriends and splurging on extravagant gestures to impress women. He criticized the practice among some rappers of flying women out, showering them with cash and gifts, and then sending them home after intimate encounters.
A$AP Rocky confidently declared, “I can honestly say that I haven’t spent a bag [money] on a b*tch in my life. I am handsome. That’s enough,” he said.
“Honestly, gifts for your girlfriends are different. I’m talking about bags on… Do you realise that rappers will hit a chick on Instagram, fly her out, give her 15 racks, have sex with her, take her shopping, then send her home? I’ve never done that.”
A$AP Rocky’s statement comes in the wake of his confirmation of his relationship with fellow artist Rihanna in a GQ interview back in 2021.

The couple welcomed their first child together, a boy called RZA, on May 19, 2022. In August 2023, they welcomed their second son named Riot Ross.
