Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, expressed profound grief and disbelief over the tragic demise of his dear friend, Herbert Wigwe, and two associates, Chizoba and Chizzy, in a fatal helicopter crash.
Otti described the loss as “too big a blow” personally and for those closely acquainted with Wigwe.
