JUST IN: Oyo Govt Demolishes Yoruba Nation Agitators’ Building in Ibadan

The Oyo State Government has carried out the demolition of a building utilized by Yoruba Nation agitators in Ibadan.

According to reports, the structure located on Toye Oyesola Street within the Ibadan South West Local Government Area was completely destroyed on Wednesday.

This action comes in the wake of the recent apprehension of masked individuals who had forcibly entered the state secretariat in Agodi, Ibadan, during the weekend.

Security forces deployed to address the invasion succeeded in apprehending the intruders, leading to heightened security concerns in the vicinity.

When approached for clarification, CP Fatai Owoseni (retd.), the Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters, confirmed the demolition to Punch but refrained from divulging further details.
