In a swift response to an attack on a commercial bus carrying Christmas gifts for Ibadan family heads, popularly known as Mogajis, the Oyo State Police have arrested 15 suspects.

The assailants, mistakenly believing the contents of the bus to be palliatives, assaulted the vehicle, making away with Christmas items such as rice, chickens, and groundnut oil. Shockingly, one of the Mogajis was reportedly present during the attack.

Following the incident, the matter was reported to the Mapo Police Station, leading to the swift arrests and arraignment of the alleged perpetrators. Police efforts are ongoing to apprehend additional suspects who fled the scene.
